Room preferences are purely indicative: management reserves the right to change them based on internal needs.
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount via bank transfer or credit card charge.
The payment must be made within 2 days of booking; otherwise, the reservation will be considered null and void.
As stipulated by Article 1385 of the Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation the day before arrival, no-show, or early departure, for any reason, the full cost of the booked stay must be paid.
Payments can be made by credit card or cash.
